A screenshot photographs the room: whatever is on screen when you capture it becomes part of what the paper can read. Upload only screens you're comfortable using for beta testing.

Uploaded images are read for the dynasty facts they show -- scores, stats, standings, and the like -- and kept as a reviewable record of what was captured.

Weekly issues, the season recap, and everything the desk writes are stored with your dynasty, so the app can show history and regenerate without asking you to re-upload anything.

Writing an issue sends the extracted facts, your league's voice settings, and related context to the AI provider that generates the coverage. It never sends the raw screenshot image itself past extraction.

We keep your email, your password (as a digest, never in the clear), your dynasty memberships, and the facts and coverage your league generates -- what running the beta requires.

Beta data is kept while the beta is active, so we can debug uploads, generation, and the product itself. Ask if you'd like an account or a dynasty reviewed for removal.

Reading a screenshot can fail or need a retake, and generation can occasionally stall. This is a beta, not yet a guarantee -- tell us when something breaks.
